Q. What devices do you currently support?
A. We currently support iPhone, iPod and all Android 1.5 devices (G1, MyTouch). With the explosion in growth of both of these platforms over the past year, your application has the potential to be on hundreds of millions of devices.

Q. Do I need to have an iPhone or iPod to use the application?
A. NO! The device is only used by the consumer watching your videos and content. You only need to have a computer with an internet browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) to use and manage the application.

Q. What other devices are you planning to support?
A. We will be rolling out support for both Blackberry and PalmPre in the coming month.

Q. Why do you charge a build fee?
A. The build fee covers our time and work to get your mobile vidhub application configured and customized to work with our system and submitted to Apple, Android, Palm and Blackberry for their approval.

Q. Is there an ongoing monthly service fee?
A. Yes. The application provides you the option to store your videos with us and provides realtime feedback of the users who are accessing your application on their phone. For these services we offer a few different price points depending on the features, bandwidth and storage requirements.

Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. You betcha. If you are not finding value in the service, we certainly don't want to hold you back. You are free to contact us and cancel your account at any time.
